Noora is a yoga teacher, originally from Finland, but the last few years of her life
she has spent in the beautiful West Coast of France. She first got interested in meditation
at the age of 11 and started to practice yoga at the age of 17 in New Zealand where
she lived for a year as an exchange student. Noora has practiced several styles of yoga:
Ashtanga Yoga, Yin, Iyengar, Hatha, Bikyasa and Vinyasa Flow. In the summer of 2016
she studied in London to become a yoga teacher (RYT200) with Yoga London.
Noora teaches Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga and Power Yoga.

In her teaching Noora finds it important to make yoga accessible for everybody despite age, gender or body shape. Noora combines both the physical and spiritual sides of yoga. Noora’s Vinyasa Flow classes are creative, playful and fun!

Noora lives a life combining the Yoga life style with Ayurveda. She is very interested in studying Ayurveda in the future and also wants to deepen her yoga teaching by attending workshops and trainings.
